Traditional blowers suffer from pressure loss because of turbulent inlet airflow. Our optimized acoustic structure uses convergent-divergent entry geometry to smooth airflow vectors before they reach the impeller blades. This reduces inlet pressure spikes and prevents structural drone.
By increasing the rotor impeller blade count from 7 or 9 to 13, the sound signature is shifted to a frequency range that is less noticeable to human hearing. Our automated testing equipment dynamically balances each metal impeller to within ≤0.05mg·mm, eliminating structural vibrations that generate low-frequency hums.
The handle cavity is engineered as a multi-chamber acoustic muffler. Utilizing Helmholtz resonance calculations, high-frequency sound waves are reflected internally back toward the source, causing wave cancelation. This lowers exhaust sound levels to under 59 dBA without restricting airflow.
